CUSTOMER ADVISORY - Pacifica Rate Restoration

Pacifica has advised that to ensure the continued sustainability of their services, it is necessary to introduce a rate restoration to recover increased operating and compliance costs, together with the investment required to maintain market leading standards. While increases are never welcome, ongoing cost impacts can no longer be absorbed.

The below rate adjustment is effective from 17 November 2021 for all coastal cargo:

NZD 265 per 20'

NZD425 per 40 '

Subject to GST
