CUSTOMER ADVISORY - Suspended: Jeddah (SAJED) / Aden (YEADE) / Aqaba (JOAQJ)

Due to severe ongoing congestion in South East Asia Transhipment Ports for shipments to Jeddah, Aden & Aqaba and severe delays experienced for connection on feeder services to this region, ANL will temporarily STOP accepting shipments ex New Zealand & Australia to Jeddah (SAJED) / Aden (YEADE) / Aqaba (JQAQJ) effective immediately on all services (AAX1 / AAX2 / KIX / NEMO / APR / PAX Trades).

For existing bookings in place, the ANL Customer Care Team will be in contact with impacted clients to discuss bookings accordingly.
 
For shipments en-route to these destinations, ANL continue to monitor situation and move units to final destination as soon as possible.
