For our exporters, the supply chain is becoming more complex by the day. Businesses have had to invest in large increases in inventory over the past couple of years to mitigate supply chain issues related to the COVID pandemic. Businesses are very conscious of now reducing inventory but need to be cautious of the pace of reduction - to protect the supply chain, regain cash to increase reserves for the slowdown ahead and finding the general balance for sustainable business operations.
